PRODUCT AND HAIR SERVICE PRICES

The amount you must pay for each product ordered is the one displayed on the product presentation page on the Salon Marcel Pelchat website. The same policy applies to hair service prices presented on the associated page. All prices on the site are in Canadian dollars. Before finalizing your order, applicable sales taxes are indicated and added to the total price. Please note that Salon Marcel Pelchat reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered on the site and hair services, without notice. It is also possible that product prices and promotions available online differ from those offered in-store and in-salon.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND INVENTORIES 

Some of the products offered may be temporarily out of stock. The out of stock mention will always be indicated on the product page. In the event that the product is still ordered despite the inventory shortage or due to an inventory error, a member of our customer service and website management team will contact you by email to inform you of the associated delivery times. If your order contains both available and out-of-stock products, we will deliver the order in two different packages to not penalize your purchase of the available products.

DELIVERY IN COLD WEATHER

If you are not present during the delivery of your package and your products are exposed to the cold, do not worry. Leave the products in their box at room temperature and they will thaw naturally without being altered. Please handle bottles with care and do not shake them.

YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

By going to the Le Salon section or the My Account section at the top right of the website homepage, you can create a user account. This option simplifies the ordering process by securely saving your personal information such as your name, first name, billing and shipping address, so that you don't have to enter them again for each new order. Creating an account also gives you access to your transaction history, purchases, salon visits, and services performed, in accordance with our privacy policy. However, if you close your account, you will lose all the history of the items mentioned above.

SHIPPING FEES

If your order reaches $75 (before taxes and after promotions), Le Salon Marcel Pelchat offers free shipping anywhere in Canada. For orders under $75, transportation and delivery fees apply and are indicated on the screen before finalizing your order. It is always possible to check the Pick up in salon option, which does not incur any shipping fees since you have to go directly to our shop to pick up your order. Please note that for certain provinces and remote regions, transportation fees may be higher. In these exceptional cases, Le Salon Marcel Pelchat reserves the right to add additional delivery fees for orders of $75 and over that are delivered in these regions. If this applies to your order, the added fees will be clearly indicated when billing and you can confirm them.

ORDERS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct products have been added to their cart and that the desired promotion or promotional code has been applied correctly before finalizing their order. If a customer fails to correctly add products, Le Salon Marcel Pelchat will ship the items, but the customer will be responsible for shipping fees if the order is less than $75 before taxes and promotions. Shipping rates may vary by region. Le Salon Marcel Pelchat must receive full payment for the products before proceeding with their delivery. Le Salon Marcel Pelchat can assist you with an incorrectly placed order within 30 days of the order.

If a product is missing from the order because it was forgotten by a member of our team in the package, the customer must notify Le Salon Marcel by email at [email protected] within 7 business days of receiving the order. No claims will be accepted after this period.

If a customer has already placed and paid for their order and wishes to add an item, it will not be possible to do so. The customer will have to place a new order and add the forgotten products. In order to protect customers' banking information, it is not possible to add a product to a completed order.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Only American Express, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards are accepted on our site. To make a purchase, your credit card must be valid and authentic, and you must have permission to use it. For payment verification, the billing address and the cardholder's address must match. If the debit is not authorized or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice, without any liability or obligation to you. In case of suspicion of fraudulent use, we reserve the right to validate the credit card with any issuer.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

For a given order, only one promo code can be applied and cannot be used on a previous order or combined with other offers. Promo codes do not apply to sale, clearance, and promotion items such as holiday or spring sets and 10% routines. Purchases made with promo codes require a minimum purchase amount of $50 after discount. Exclusions will always be clearly indicated in advertisements.

The customer must add the promo code before proceeding to payment and ensure that it has been properly applied. Salon Marcel Pelchat reserves the right to terminate any promo code at any time. Promo codes are valid only on our website and not in-store.
